Pop-up display stands are the ultimate in portable
high impact display. A high quality seamless wall of graphics can
be erected in a very short length of time. Most pop-up stands are
supplied in wheeled transport cases for ease of transport.
Pop-up stands are designed to be easily assembled making them ideal
for exhibitions, conferences, temporary retail display, reception
areas, backdrops or any situation requiring a large portable graphic
display.

Pop-up Stand Sizes
Pop-up stands are available in a range of sizes from desktop promoter
units to huge linked display modules.
Standard kits are described by size ratio. (ie 3x3, 3x4 etc) And are
available curved or straight.
This size terminology is derived from the construction of the basic
framework.
Pop-up stand frames are constructed in square sections, called ‘Quads’.
These are built up into the desired size at point of manufacture.
(sizes cannot be increased later by adding Quads) So a 3x3 stand is
made up of a frame 3 Quads high by 3 Quads across.
Different models and manufacturers of pop-up stands use slightly differing
sized Quads, so this size is not a ‘measurement’ however
it does determine the number of graphic panels needed. Each Quad stack
will have one graphic panel in front of it, an extra panel is used
at each end of the frame as an end cap on most pop-up stands. Hence
a 3x4 stand will have 4 central panels and 2 end caps.

Pop-up Graphic Panels.
All our Pop-up stand graphic panels are produced to the highest print
quality on a 190gsm satin photobase paper, which gives photographic
standard print reproduction along with colour accuracy and consistency.
The print is then put through a heatseal process and bonded between
a 220micron semi-rigid stoplight and a 150micron scuff resistant,
textured, matt laminate. Both these products are manufactured by Seal
who are the acknowledged market leaders in heatseal finishing technology.
Graphics produced using this ‘3 part’ method are thicker,
stronger and more robust than 2 part graphics (which are produced
onto polypropylene media which has a single laminate for protection).
Our graphics are easier to hang, as they are more rigid. Are less
prone to creasing, due to their extra thickness. And are guaranteed
to be completely lightproof.
Our graphics add to the structural integrity of the stand, making
the whole display more rigid. This allows better graphic line-up on
slightly uneven surfaces.

Pop Up Displays
It is a sometimes the case that all portable stands are referred
to as pop up displays when in actual fact this is not the case.
Correctly speaking these are larger, modular systems that are made
of a tubular aluminium framework. The structure of pop up displays
is cleverly designed in order that it can be expanded outwards into
a large, geometrically correct back wall onto which either printed
graphic panels or Velcro compatible fabric panels can be attached.
In a collapsed state pop up displays occupy a relatively small area
and can therefore be packed away into an easily to transport wheeled
case or storage drum.
Our pop up displays are available in a variety of size options and
either straight or curved shapes. By linking several units together
it is possible to create a large continuous graphic wall and even
innovative shapes which are guaranteed to draw maximum attention.
