Please note files created and submitted in many Microsoft based design programmes are unsuitable. If submitting these types of files please send a hard copy of the artwork. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio and publisher are examples of unsuitable file formats. If you arre using these programmes please export as a JPEG or PDF file. You may incur additional system time costs for us to convert these files into a print ready format.

Fonts:
All screen, true type and postscript fonts need to be supplied unless converted to curves/outlines.

Colours:
All colours on documents need to be set to either CMYK or RGB.

Resolution:
When supplying images ensure that they are scanned at 240dpi at size to be printed otherwise quality will be compromised. Print ready artwork for large format printing should be a quarter of the final output size and be at the very least 300dpi.

Bleed:
All artwork is to have a 5mm minimum bleed where required.

On CD/DVD:
Clearly label the CD and the files and folders with clearly understandable names.
State artwork size on the hard copy for reference.
Enclose a printed and checked hard copy of each piece of artwork.
If a proof is required please provide a postal address/email address for it to be sent to. This proof will need to be approved by fax, email or post before we go ahead with printing.

By Email:
Check that artwork sent by email is under 10Mb.
Provide a low-res PDF with the artwork file for our reference.
Please enclose as much relevant information regarding the artwork as possible within the email, e.g. sizes, preferences, colours, finishing, seals, etc... Please remember to include your full contact details.
